Individual Consultations
Individual consultations are meetings with
a therapist or clinician. They help to overcome difficulties or circumstances,
during the consultations, patients can get familiar with the available methods
of treatment and choose the best solutions. The patient taking part in such
consultations is not obliged to start any formal therapy but may take the
chance to inquiry about the possible treatment options.
Duration: 30 min.
The number of meetings: 1-2, depending on
the patient’s needs.
Meetings can be in person or phone or
online.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy meetings are based on
direct contact between the patient and his therapist. The therapist helps the
patient to find a way to understand his thoughts and emotions. The program of
therapy is adjusted to the patient’s individual needs.
Duration of a single session: 50 min.
Frequency: 1-2 meetings per week,
depending on the individuals and goals.
Requirement: minimum 10 days of
abstinence.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is one of the most popular,
effective and recommended treatments for addictions, including alcoholism.
Meetings will be on the phone or online.

Family Support
We know that family and friends of
addicted patients usually don’t experience the support.

mutual support organization for the families and friends of alcoholics,
especially those of members of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Sinclair Method
We at New Start Rehab understand that not
all alcoholics want to give up drinking and as such our treatment is not
suitable. For those who do not want to stop totally drinking for 12 months we
recommend the Sinclair Method.

Alcoholics Anonymous
After an implant or before, Alcoholics
Anonymous can help it is a fellowship of men and women who share their
experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common
problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for
membership is a desire to stop drinking.
